SP Level Reset to 0, no longer gaining SP points - Manager Career Mode

For the past 7 days I’ve been unable to earn any SP points whether that was through normal career game play (I did progress to lvl 13 through this before being reset) or by completing manager live challenges. Points are stagnant at 800 & lvl was at 13, but has been reset to 0.
