Squad Battles End Game Error /Restart

While at the end of squad battles matches in World Class and Legendary, the game will experience an error and restart. please see the following conditions: 

user is tied with cpu 
user scores goal over the 90th minute
during celebration game experiences an error and you return to the home screen
