Now after either the recent update on 26/09 or the last time I started up, I can no longer open the game. Just get an error that 'You have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from.' - I'm on PS5 with no other storage device and never have used one, pressing 'Ok' just loops eternally.
Lots of other reports, even from past games but still getting the issue - please fix.
yea same, is there anyway to fix it?, i’d really hate deleting my career mode again it’s my 4th time i have to restart my career mode already, it’s been pissing me off ngl

Issue: “You have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from.” Only “OK” shows, no options.
Save details: 132.2 MB career file, last updated 12 Oct 2025 @ 22:07.
What I tried: rebuilt database, deleted/reinstalled, cloud upload + redownload, offline mode, 2-controller workaround — still stuck.

I’m having the exact same problem on switch 2 and can’t play the game, on switch is even worse as we can’t create a new profile or delete the data on cloud
Same problem on Xbox series X. This needs to be fixed
