Still Waiting

Reported on 2 Apr that I had mistakenly quick sold my World Tour Debinha - didn’t appear in the web app/console/companion & it’s now past the date of possible recovery. Not one EA employee has been in contact with me or offered any advice so what’s happening with your renowned ‘24/7 Customer Support’

    Hey riptide_80​ if you quick sold an item then you can use the quick sell recovery option to get it back so long as you have enough quick sell recoveries left.

    If you do not have enough of them to recover an item, then there is nothing that we can do to change this.

    This is the 3rd occasion I have highlighted this issueEA_Darko​ since April 2nd - this is the first/only response I’ve had so now you’re telling me it’s impossible to recover the item?
