Strikers Rise Evo Randomly cancelled

I was looking at my Strikers Rise EVO on Tyrique George. 

I selected it, and the message “are you sure you want to cancel the Evo?” came up. 

After carefully reading this, then pressing circle (go back on ps5), the game cancelled my Evo. 

My Tyrique George is now stuck on level 2, and the EVO is now missing. 

I created a case with EA, spoke to an advisor, and they said they cannot do anything and to contact this forum. I provided video evidence which clearly shows my cursor on “go back” and also shows me pressing circle to go back. 

This is totally unacceptable - I will be getting a refund if I do not hear from someone about this. 

Any swift reply will be greatly appreciated, as this has totally ruined my excitement and joy in the game. 

I was about to claim my level 2 of the Striker evolution and my game then asked if I wanted to Cancel the Evo, so I pressed to go back and it still cancelled the evo anyway. How do I get the Evo back?

Same problem here. My luck is that i have a video that shows that i did nothing wrong but it still got canceled.

I was doing the Strikers Rise Training Camp EVO For Wessam Abou Ali, Columbus Crew striker as I'm a crew fan. I had pressed A to cancel the EVO on accident, and when I pressed Go back, the EVO continued to cancel anyways. Is there any way for me to get the EVO back into my account, cause in the clip I pressed to Go back from the cancel and it still cancelled the EVO

So like many others on here, I have also encountered the bug where if you press cancel on your training camp evo, then press o/b to go back, the evo will be cancelled anyway. I'm so frustrated as I have waited 3 days and now my player is stuck on level 3. The final evolution would've made the card unbelievable. So now unless EA do something about this bug, like re-releasing strikers rise, then I'll have to wait for a new evolution to get my player to the stats I want and I don't even know if that will be possible.

So obviously I tried contacting EA support and on my first attempt in the live chat I was maybe waiting 5 hours, to the point I was too tired and had to go to sleep and cancel my live chat request. Then in the morning, I waited my up to 3 hours to get in contact with an EA advisor. I explained thoroughly what happened and how it wasn't my fault and that it was a bug in the game and then the EA advisor responded with "I understand this was a mistake on your part, but we cannot reinstate your evo as you have cancelled it". Obviously I protested and reiterated that it wasn't my fault and it was a bug, but I received no reply after that and the EA advisor just  left the chat open and wouldn't reply. 

As I'm writing this I've been waiting over 6 hours for a new live chat and I've just cancelled the live chat request as it's going nowhere. This is outrageous. Not only that this bug is in the game and apparently has been in the game since FC 25, but the fact EA support is so bad that you can't even get in contact with someone to help you. Then if you finally do get in contact with someone, they do their job unprofessionally, gaslight you, then dip. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Same thing happened to me. Its very frustrating and it seems like live chats are just completely pointless.

I was working on some evos earlier when I had, "The Debut" GK evolution and "Striker's Rise" active. I completed and claimed The Debut. I wanted to see how close I was for the first step of Striker's Rise to finish, so I clicked where the "claim" button would be, but it said "cancel". Then popped up the warning screen, "Are you sure you want to cancel the Striker's Rise evolution?", of course I don't want to do that... I carefully made sure my curser was hovering over "Go back" to ensure I didn't cancel the evolution. Clicked go back and boom, he was gone. No active evo's and the Tyrique George is now in my club, non-tradeable (bought him for 9k coins). Restarted the game multiple times, nothing worked. Video link to bug

Happened to me too. I even read the messaged and clicked the option 'go back' and it still cancelled it. After being confused I logged into the app and tried to work out what happened. I thought id use the goalie one as test. It then acknowledged I had a player in a training camp evo still, after being told I couldn't start the goalie evo, I logged back inot the game and suddenly the goalie evo had been started, I clicked on the evo to check it out and then thought let me try pressing O this time instead of engaging with the text, and same result, it also removed that evo completely. Terrible design flaws and huge disadvantage to any players than did get to complete such a good evo for free. Its outrages if they dont resolve this for players like us that experienced this glitch.

I had the exact same issue I was claiming my other evolutions, how can we get these resumed and completed. we shouldn't be punished for a bug in a game that cost £100.

Exactly the same issue, extremely annoyed after spending 3 days getting the card to that point and randomly cancelled after claiming the day 3 version!!!
