Strikers rise evo stopped

I was doing the strikers rise training camp evo on gonazlo garcia and when i went to put him into the next tier of the evolution it seems the whole evo stopped there. No longer in my current evo and no more option to put him back in. He is stuck at 83 rated gold without the the finished evo upgrades please help
