Stuck Evolution item blocking packs – Cannot open packs or store

I have a bugged Evolution item stuck in my Unassigned items in Ultimate Team.

Because of this item I cannot open any packs or access the store. Every time I try to claim the Evolution or open packs the game blocks progression.

This started about a week ago.

I already contacted EA Support but the issue is still unresolved.

Case number: #241051585

Things I already tried:

Nothing worked.

This Evolution item appears to be server locked and is blocking Ultimate Team progression.

Please escalate this issue to the FC game team for investigation.

Message me I have the fix for this. EA will not reply or help you. This bug can only be cleared on pc or laptop not console or companion. I fight this bug for 2 months and finally I found a way to remove it. Message me private

Exactly the same issue appeared for me 3 weeks ago, and could not be solved since then. I tried different methods to solve the problem as trying from Web App, Companion App and so on.
I contacted EA Support 3 times already, but unfortunately have not received an answer.
please solve this ASAP!!!

Same issue for me also. Nor sure what to do. Their AI sucks. Won’t take to me live technician or any support
