Stuck Evolution item blocking packs – Cannot open packs or store

I have a bugged Evolution item stuck in my Unassigned items in Ultimate Team.

Because of this item I cannot open any packs or access the store. Every time I try to claim the Evolution or open packs the game blocks progression.

This started about a week ago.

I already contacted EA Support but the issue is still unresolved.

Nothing worked.

This Evolution item appears to be server locked and is blocking Ultimate Team progression.
