Team Management ???

Since the game's release, I've been unable to make substitutions in matches; the game simply doesn't allow it. I click it, a short, sluggish animation appears, and then I'm simply returned to the main pause menu.

In Rivals mode, this happens in 7 out of 10 matches. And in Champions, I haven't been able to make a single substitution in four tournaments. Why hasn't this been fixed yet?

I can't take advantage of what's constantly being used against me; I lose matches because of it, and there's nothing I can do about it. Half my players are simply unused, it's ridiculous to watch.
