Team Sheets Game Crash

One of the things I like to do is change some teams around and do a few transfers. I also change the tactics etc. So when I went to delete a tactic my game crashed. Every time I load back in I can not even check team sheets anymore. As soon as I try to move to another team the game freezes and crash. I can no longer make changes in team sheets or the game blows up.
