The first half bug not fixed still

You guys remember the first half bug?Well I didnt get anything else than a no from them I think beacuse It hasnt been fixed on my device it always happens in the start,end or the half.What I refer is that the game drops to 5 fps and GPU climbs to 100%I have texted ea fc support and they directed me here....
