The world's game objective Quarter and Semi final not tracking

I have completed the world's game tournament twice now, playing every game and winning the tournament.

Ultimate team does not allow me to claim the objective of reaching the quarter final even though I clearly have which means I cannot claim the 2500xp.

Please can this be resolved?

How can I win the tournament but not have made it to the quarter finals?

    Mine didn’t complete a single objective either. Played full games. Is this how EA is helping its customers, by putting its head in the sand? Tag it not a bug and go back to sleep. Nice job EA employee.
