Toronto stadium player career mode issue

I started a player career mode with a player at Toronto FC, I'm having the issue that the home games are at BMO stadium, the home ground of LAFC, rather than at BMO field, the home of Toronto FC. This is really annoying for me and it just seems like a lazy mistake in the implementation of the update. Furthermore I am having a bug where I'm repeatedly getting the "player of the season" event where it's midway through the season.
