Toty live event 6 - game breaking glitch

While winning a game in the Toty live event 6 tournament - I made substitutes in the 60th minute of the game and after clicking “resume match” my screen was locked onto the substitutes bench as the game carried on playing. My opponent got given a free win as they were able to score constant goals as the game glitched and I was unable to actually play (other than looking at the player map in the bottom of the screen). - the video taken isn’t able to upload so I’ve had to attach screenshots of this.
