Trainer functionality is unavailable in offline environments.

I'm using DeepL for translation.
The offline trainer feature that worked in FC25 doesn't appear on the pause screen during matches in FC26 unless connected to the network.
I might be traveling to a location without network access next month or the month after, so I plan to play on my laptop. Is this a bug?
Or is it intentional?
I'm not very good myself, so if it can be fixed, I'd appreciate it if you could fix it.
