Transfer Market Access

I’ve completed the foundation group objectives (Venturing Out, Diving In, On Your Way), but my Transfer Market tab still says:

“Access the Transfer Market by completing any of these foundation groups, Venturing Out, Diving In, On Your Way.”

It’s been over a week since completing them, and I’ve played plenty of matches (Squad Battles/Rivals/Draft) on Xbox One. The objectives show as fully completed, but the Transfer Market hasn’t updated or unlocked.

Whenever I try use the companion app it also says that there is an error searching and listing players. 

This is an issue that I have seen to have affected multiple accounts who have all be waiting the same time as me for a fix on this.
