Transfer points from fc25 to fc 26

If you are transferring points and have not loaded up fc25 since u bought them make sure u load fc 25 up before transfer of points or it won't take your recent purchased points over I bought 1050 on the 16th and had 10 already in my account I transferred my points and only got 10 the 1050 I had bought but not loaded the game up before had stayed on that account and ea refused to help you as it's a one time transfer
