Two Icon swap tokens have disapearred!

Hi I incorrectly got banned. I’ve sent a lot of cases a lot of appeals and I got an email basically saying that I’m unban when I go back on the game I can’t even go online and when they told me, I have to wait 10 days I said OK fine I waited 10 days just for them to send me something saying that my ban will stay on and I have to say the investigation that they did was truly false because I have never once distribute or buy coins. All my coins was getting through by selling Players and earning coins through fut champions or rivals. they also stated that I made false claims. No I have not. If my account was searched thoroughly you’ll see that I have proof on my account. No, I am not not a streamer. No I am a content creator so of course I will not have any video or take any type of visual evidence. I don’t have that, but if you check my account, you’ll see, so I don’t know how still banned. I’ve waited in total 30 days For nothing, I hope someone can help me and reach out because this is unfair and unjust there are so many hackers in this game yet up to this day they’re still on the game, so many people that are providing you guys live evidence of them purchasing coins from distributors. Yet you guys decide to randomly banned me. I would like if this ban can get uplift, it very embarrassing that even in the state the company ,your re still willing to loose long time players with ea is not going to be relevant in the future if you keep allowing this 

what nowEA_Darko​? why did you ask us and try to resolve this matter if the team isn't doing anything about it? theres no progress. you all raising false hopes only for the matter to finally go away. none of you are actually addressing this matter or fighting for its resolution. just wait until the trades are over, and in a moment there won't be anything left to discuss, because if the trades are over, you'll do absolutely nothing about it. and we'll have nothing to complain about because you won't owe us anything anyway. there are four days left until the swaps end. the matter is simply ridiculous and shows how much you care about us as players. its a shot in the arm you've taken. instead of addressing the matter, you're focusing on everything else that's unnecessary. yall could have just taken a stand and admitted you won't do anything about it. that would have been better than waiting until the very end.
