I've been doing the icon swaps challenges and started doing the Ronaldo SBC. I put my 11 players into the first one and then went on to the second one and realised i had two players missing which means i can't do the Ronaldo SBC and I'm 11 tokens down. For this to happen when you have to invest so many hours into doing the challenges is unacceptable and needs sorting out.
It's actually disgusting at this point. Anyone who has done these challenges and then had these tokens just disappear has been cheated by EA. How hard is it to give the people affected by this the players back or just give us Ronaldo. We should be compensated as at this point I've been without Ronaldo for nearly a week when I would've had the tokens to do the SBC. Having that card might've helped anyone who could've had the card win more games in champs, which would be better rewards!!!
EA_Darko i have the same situation. ive reported it to chat multiple times, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to help. It's frustrating because this issue has been going on for over a week. the ability to complete this task will soon expire. but most of them have just lost exactly two tokens. just WHY. i completed all 20 tasks tokens but there are 18 tokens, two disappeared from the first round of them.
It doesn't seem like EA are going to do anything about this its been 10 days. You would think they would have the decency to communicate. Let people know that a problem has occurred, they're working on it and everybody who has lost these tokens will get the swaps they wanted. If you've lost these swaps you're in limbo not knowing if you should just use the other tokens!!! EA_Darko
This happened to me, I reported the bug and got nothing, I have stopped doing the swaps because of it
Same has happened To me gamertag CHILLY_H2O on PS5 I grinded 18 tokens and I’m almost done with 19. Went to check today and 2 are missing. Never been more frustrated 😣
what nowEA_Darko? why did you ask us and try to resolve this matter if the team isn't doing anything about it? theres no progress. you all raising false hopes only for the matter to finally go away. none of you are actually addressing this matter or fighting for its resolution. just wait until the trades are over, and in a moment there won't be anything left to discuss, because if the trades are over, you'll do absolutely nothing about it. and we'll have nothing to complain about because you won't owe us anything anyway. there are four days left until the swaps end. the matter is simply ridiculous and shows how much you care about us as players. its a shot in the arm you've taken. instead of addressing the matter, you're focusing on everything else that's unnecessary. yall could have just taken a stand and admitted you won't do anything about it. that would have been better than waiting until the very end.
It's absolutely ridiculous that we've had to wait as long as we have so far. We could've used the swaps for something else earlier if we knew for certain they weren't doing anything. my problem is I did the first eleven SBC before i realised so I've lost those card if this doesn't get sorted. I think it's pretty obvious that EA don't really care about this
