Ultimate Team Cheat in Rivals/Champions – Only GK and 1 Player Controllable

Some opponents in Ultimate Team Rivals and Champions are using a cheat that makes me able to control only my goalkeeper and one outfield player, while the rest of my team becomes uncontrollable. This is not a bug on my side, and even if I leave before the match really starts, it still counts as a loss for me. I reported those cheaters in game by using EA App. Please investigate this cheat and take action against the players using it.
