Community ManagerThis is not caused by my internet connection. My Wi-Fi is stable, there is no packet loss, and no disconnections occur with other online games or services. This problem only happens in EA FC Ultimate Team.
Hi there. Wireless, by nature, is not stable. It's far more susceptible to lag and disconnects. As long as you remain on a wireless connection, disconnects and lag will occur more frequently. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
Rubbish. I play multiple online games using high speed wireless and they're not dropping the connection like FC26 does. They also handle the (much more rare) disconnects far better than this junk.
Community ManagerEvery game is different. Our sports games need a stable connection to minimize lag and disconnects.
As a test, try moving close enough to your router to use a wire and let me know if you see a difference.
I won't be doing that. The issue is with your game and your servers, my network is fine. I have requested a refund, the game is not fit for market.
