Every game is different. Our sports games need a stable connection to minimize lag and disconnects. 

As a test, try moving close enough to your router to use a wire and let me know if you see a difference.

I won't be doing that. The issue is with your game and your servers, my network is fine. I have requested a refund, the game is not fit for market.
