Ultimate Team Squad Update issue on PS4

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with the ps4 fut squad update after the latest title update.  Every time you enter it tries to download and then states:

the football ultimate team squad update was downloaded but could not be saved at this time. The update will be available for this session but may need to be downloaded again for a future session in order to save it to your profile.

The game loads successfully.

I tried the following:

deleting the update file from my save data.

clearing the cache

rebuilding my database

two different isps.

I would play the ps5 version but my season pass and clubs don't work no matter how long i leave it before going to the game.

edit:  I have noticed the names for new players like Neymar are now missing from the card and search.  Probably the reason why it’s failing.  It’s not passing verification tests?
