Unable to Play FC 26 Due to Severe FPS Drops

I am contacting you to report a serious issue I am experiencing with FC 26, which I recently purchased. Unfortunately, I have not been able to play the game properly due to a performance bug.

When I launch the game, it runs at a stable 120 FPS, but suddenly and without reason it drops to 16 FPS and stays there, making it unplayable. This issue is not caused by my computer: I had it checked by a technician and confirmed that there are no hardware problems. I also verified possible issues such as overheating, VRAM usage, or other performance-related causes, but everything is working perfectly.

My system runs the game smoothly on medium and low graphics settings, as it exceeds the minimum requirements (although it does not reach the recommended ones). Still, the game should perform correctly, yet this bug prevents me from enjoying the product I paid for.

I kindly ask for a solution to this issue, whether it be through a patch or any other fix, as I cannot play the game at all despite having purchased it. I invested a considerable amount of money, and I expect to be able to use the product without these problems.
