Unable to sub in draft

Every draft I’ve played, 99% of the times I try to open “team management” to sub players, it just closes out the “team management” tab. I can’t even see my team. I press ir, it loads for a second and goes back to the pause menu. I lost a 3rd round in draft where I had the freest win ever because I could never sub my players so I couldn’t shoot for **bleep**, he scored goals, we went to overtime and my players were completely dead at that point.
