Urgent transfer market issue and targets+list

My Transfer Market was unlocked over a week ago but I still cannot access the Transfer Market or Transfer Targets on PS5, Web App, or Companion App. Ultimate Team works normally otherwise.

I contacted EA Support multiple times and was told it would be fixed, but nothing changed. This appears to be a stuck Transfer Market access flag on my account.

Can an EA staff member please look into this?
