version downgraded to standard from ultimate !

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of FC26 on the 24th of August. At first it worked fine but in the last few weeks it has been downgraded to the standard edition. Threre is no third evolutions slot and some of the cosmetic evolutions do not work. The Playstation Store also incorrectly shows that I purchased the standard edition. I do have an email receipt stating I bought the Ultimate version. I can't re download it to solve the problem. Is there a solution ? 😖
