Vieira 86 stuck in expired Evolution - Duplicate Version Error

The Issue: My Patrick Vieira 86 is currently soft-locked in a database error. The player was in an evolution that has now EXPIRED. The My Evolutions menu shows a green notification dot, but the tab is empty, and there are no rewards to claim. Whenever I try to start a new evolution with this card, I get the error: You already have an evolution version of this player.

Troubleshooting already performed:

Full Reinstall: Deleted the game and cleared the PS5 cache.

Squad Wipe: Deleted all squads and tried starting from a blank template.

Quick Sell Recovery: Quick sold the 86 card and recovered it via Web App to force a sync.

Web App Test: Error persists on the Web App.

Request: Please manually refresh my account status for this player or remove the ghost data blocking the 86 card so I can use it in active evolutions.
