After just getting no acknowledgement or response , absolutely nothing happening and nothing getting fixed I think it's fair to assume it's done on purpose to not allow season progression unless you buy xp points in store
If they don't want people making this assumption they should acknowledge and take ownership of the problem not just ignore it

How about an acknowledgement in this year when "EA listen to the community", but who do they listen to , when, were ,were are they listening??? Because it's certainly not on this forum
