Why Are Repeat Disconnect Exploiters Still Active in FC 26?

Another case today with a player I had already reported previously: “Temiroytecrujo.”

I have already reported this user before (using https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/report-a-player/), yet nothing appears to have been done, and the same behavior continues.

I also have video evidence (attached) showing the incident clearly. I was winning 5–4 and was about to score another goal when the player disconnected/manipulated the match, resulting in the game not counting properly.

This is exactly the kind of repeat abuse I’ve been describing for months. The most frustrating part is not just the exploit itself, but seeing previously reported users continue doing the same thing without consequences.
