Why is controller not working in matchmaking STILL AN ISSUE?!

I can navigate all of the menu with my controller, but once I'm in Rush, after skipping the intro with my controller, I can't control my player with my controller. This is so infuriating. I can even ...

And it happened again. Even though I was able to play the game just 30 minutes ago. Honestly, shame on you. Fix your game.... I know you won't you don't care. FIFA is just a lifeless moneyprinting machine that couldn't give a **bleep** about their customers.
