Wingbacks, Fullbacks, CBs and CDMs not following instructions m

I’ve read many posts about this problem before, and I’ve also had this problem since the release of the game. I doesn’t matter what my player or team instructions are, my players aren’t following the game plan. 
When I’m in possession my defenders (W-,F- And CBs) aren’t acting offensively enough (according to my instructions) my wingbacks/fullbacks are staying back while in build up, and also in possession. And in possession my CBs are staying back, even if my instructions tell them otherwise.

Stark contrast to FC25 (just played a game to really check if I was getting crazy, or if the game just sucks now). In FC25 the players ACTUALLY DO AS THEY ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO. 

PLEASE EA, PLEASE. 
The game has been out for 2 months. This is not OK.

Fix this problem. The game is not enjoyable at all. 
I want a refund if this is not fixed soon.
