Winning Streak Lost due to Camera Bug in Rivals

Hello,

While playing EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team, I encountered a camera-related bug. The issue occurred when I paused the game to make a player substitution. After restarting, the camera stayed stuck in a wrong and strange angle, exactly as shown in the attached video. Because of this, I couldn’t properly play, and my opponent scored goals. This situation caused me to lose the match, negatively affected my gameplay experience, and put me at a disadvantage.

I kindly request you to investigate this bug, provide a fix, and take the necessary steps to compensate for my loss, as this is unacceptable and i request compensation, I was in division 7 on a winning streak and lost it due to this after i was previously leading 2-1 in the game before this glitch, so please compensate me best as possible as this is unbelievable.
