Won the Tournament, Game doesnt count it and didn't receive free Dolan

Hi I’ve won the early access elimination tournament and I haven’t received Dolan and haven’t qualified into the early access tournament 

Went into the early access elimination tournament and ended winning one. However it now seems to be stuck with me in the quater final and cant play any games when I have entries since the refresh and haven't received the dolan item.

I loaded up on ultimate team to play my early access feature, I was excited to see what FC26 brings us and it was going well, the game play was really good. I wanted to play the early access elimination tournament for the rewards it would give you for completing it and it was a repeatable tournament with a lot of rewards. I won my round of 16 game and my quarter final game, when I realised the pre order icon pack had just come out. So I paused the tournament to make my team a little stronger with the icon addition, opened my pack and put my icon in the team and proceeded back to the tournament. It said continue and it showed me I was in the semifinal I had won that and proceeded to the next game and even won the finals because the opponent forfeited. I went to collect my rewards and was able to collect everything you can from your first play through of the tournament except for the Dolan objective even though I won the play through. I went back to the live events to see if I had confused myself but it clearly said round completed and winner. It didn’t let me play the tournament again and I’m worried I’m loosing on a lot of good rewards. Hopefully EA Help gets this sorted, the person I was chatting with after a 2 hour wait was very understanding and helpful he said post this information on the forums to get more information on what is happening so here I am. I will even show you a photo of how the tournament page looked after I played through it.

Ii played the final game before 9:00PM and i didnt get the objective reward dolan and it show the status is winner and the progress show me that was first game not final match 

I won the early access Elimination Tournament but i didnt receive Dolan and i am also not qualified for early access finals... Please fix.

Hello, I just won early access tournament and didnt get player Dolan who you get for winning tournament. What should I do? It says that I am winner of tournament and in rewards there is nothing, and I cant play till tomorrow 7 PM.

I have the exact same Problem, i think the issue on my case is that i won the final game shortly after 6PM CET. it says i won, so i cant play it again but i got no rewards and it does not say i qualified for the final tournament...
