Won the Tournament, Game doesnt count it and didn't receive free Dolan

Same. Totally unacceptable. I have also written on the help EA Portal and  I’m still waiting for an answer.

This bug is still not fixxed, i won the tournament after the reset aswell and cant claim the objective.

I am having the same issue also 

Like the title says, I played and won up until the final and as I tried starting matchmaking to play the final, it does not allow me to enter the tournament because it says I won. It says I have 5/5 tries left and it also says in the tournament bracket that I am in the final. It says I am a winner on the tab for the DKT but I didn't unlock Dolan or get any other rewards for winning the final. 

I was playing the early access cup for the 84 rated Dolan card for the RTG I am doing, I was disappointed to see though that when I had won the tournament at 17:58 today, that the game that i played was not counted, and that i had now, no chance, of getting this card, i would greatly appreciate a response, i would obviously love to have this card somehow transferred to me, but due to the unbelievability of this situation i can understand why this wouldn't be a valid reason, but i would at least expect a reason as to why this happened.

Just a quick update, the game now says I am a Winner but I have not received anything for it.
