Why is nobody fixing this huge bug? I installed the new update, but as soon as I go online, the World Game option disappears from the menu. Is there seriously nobody who can answer this issue? I tested it with five different PlayStation accounts, and every single one loses the World Game option after connecting online.
Please fix this annoying bug.

Is it possible to do a reinstall of the game to see if that helps with the issue?

Install the game, download the latest update, but first launch the game while offline. Then, after entering the game, go online. You’ll see that the World Game option is no longer there.

My Environment:
- Platform: PS5 (Region: South Korea)
- Subscription: Active PS Plus member
The Bug Description:
1) I turned on my PS5 after a while and launched FC26.
2) As soon as the main menu loaded, I saw a 'World's Game' (World Cup mode) option. I excitedly told my kids, "Hey! The World Cup mode is finally here!" They got super hyped. I tried to enter the mode right away, and a prompt popped up saying I needed to log into EA (by clicking R3). So, I logged in and successfully entered the mode.
3) My kids and I picked South Korea and played all 3 group stage matches together.
4) We successfully advanced to the Round of 16, and since it was time for the kids to study, I selected 'Save and Exit'.
5) Normally, selecting 'Save and Exit' takes you right back to the main menu.
6) But when the main menu loaded, the 'World's Game' option had completely vanished. I was just staring at the screen like, "...What just happened?"
7) At that point, I started panicking, and my kids were even more devastated.
8) I began searching everywhere for a solution and tried every single piece of advice I got from Gemini and Perplexity, but nothing worked. Here is what I've tried so far:
- People said it could be found under the Tournaments menu, so I checked every single option there.
- Others said it's located inside Kick-Off mode, so I went in and looked through everything.
- Some suggested it was an EA login issue and told me to play offline. I tried that too.
- I thought maybe the game update got corrupted since I hadn't played in a while, so I completely deleted and reinstalled the game.
- I even heard a theory that because FC26 is currently available for free on PS Plus, the system was failing to recognize me as a user who actually purchased the physical disc. So, I logged out of my PS Plus account, messed around with the subscription settings, and logged back in.
Seriously, I have tried absolutely everything and exhausted every possible scenario, but the menu is just gone. Please help!
I’m almost positive the game bugged and gave the release early. This happened to me just barely and I played through more than half the tournament and the second I went online it disappeared. I’m pretty sure this is because EA noticed the bug automatically forcing it to be removed until released on June 4th
