World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I have exact same issue at the same record with same amount of games remaining 14-4 should have 2 games left and says no games remaining
