World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I have exactly the same issue. Will probably take EA a while to rectify it and the tournament ends in a few days so we will miss out
