World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

So apparently there's a bug going around in the new tourney, some games don't count towards the objective even though it takes an attempt. I'm now sitting at 15 games played with 1 attempt left, there's no way to get the last reward for playing all 18 games. What to do?
