World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I have same exact problem there is 2 games where my opponent disconnected and counted as loss for me while I was playing and winning and I am 14-4 now and can't get the 15th win because of that
