World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I played 17 matches with my friend (one of these matches kicked me out and I lost, but it doesn't matter) and suddenly it says that I have no more attempts, will it be fixed and I will be refunded the 3 remaining matches to play?
