World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

First of all, the game kicked me out of two matches in the middle of the game and was added as a loss. Also, I don’t know who wrote the code but this is simple addition, I only played 19 matches and now I’m out of attempts. (Simple addition bug) -> Check attachment. I want to play the two matches that I was kicked out from + the match that I already didn’t play.
