World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I played coop. I have completed 10 matches. 8 wins and 2 losses. But it says that I have only 5 matches to play left. Obviously a bug, I can't complete the challenge now. Please fix it or give the players with the bug the hero pack and the other rewards. Thanks.
