World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I played all 20 games went 15/5 but says I’ve only played 17/18 and hasn’t awarded me the pack for 18 games. I’ve achieved all other rewards except this one? Please fix and award pack
