Last night, I was playing the World Tour Silver Superstars League with my friend. As you know, we have 20 chances to enter the event. However, even though there were no internet connection problems, four of our matches closed unexpectedly due to an unknown error.
It’s okay that these were counted as losses, but since there’s a mission that requires playing 18 matches to earn a pack, and we have a limited number of entries (20), those closed matches used up our chances without being counted as played matches. Because of this, I won’t be able to complete the mission, even though I tried.
You can see the situation more clearly in the screenshots I attached. I would really appreciate it if you could restore my lost attempts based on this. Thank you in advance for your help.
