World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

This happened to my co op partner.  I got a win when someone quit, he didnt get the win and the game didnt count at all for him.  Yet he still had 4 games left but the game was saying he had 0.  EA for the love of god every tournament has had similar issues please compensate those who suffer from your mistakes
