World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I played all of my 20 games but the servers disconnected on me a couple of times (3 I believe). It says that I have 17 games played instead of 20 and I’m out of attempts. I just wanted the 18 games played objective complete. The servers being abysmal ain’t my problem and I shouldn’t miss out on the reward as a result. I feel cheated…
