World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I have played co-op with my friend whole time in this gamemode. it says that i have played 19 matches (10-9) but in the objectives i can't redeme pack for 18 played matches, it says that i have 15/18 played.
