It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

I was playing the new World tour silver superstars league as a duo, we have only played 16 games so far, but it says I have run out of available matches, I have photos to prove this claim.
