World Tour Silver Superstars League not properly counting games

It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning...

hi Ea i have played in the world tour silver superstars league and i have played 5 games but in the objectives it only counted 2 games i can show u that in my account so well these games count or not becouse i will be missing out on some rewards if they dont count please i need help account name omare77777
